We need more representation of non-binary characters in theatre AND we need non-binary actors to have a database of monologues that align with their gender. Founded in 2017, The Non-Binary Monologues Project has dozens of monologues that non-binary, transgender, and gender non-conforming actors can access. As of July, 2023, the site has had over 80,000 visitors and visitor growth remains steady year over year.
